Suarez did it all the time. Used to drive me mad. He never jumped for the ball. At best he’d nudge the opposition defender under it and then bring it down when the player missed it, but at worst he’d jump comically early and then back into the defender jumping properly to try and win a foul or see him go over the ball. It is dangerous and it’s not right that Kane does it but he’s not the only one doing it, most forwards who can’t compete in the air are contesting for high balls in dangerous and illegal methods. What’s odd about Kane is he probably could win his fair share of flick ons if he tried to compete.
Fair enough, have to admit I simply dont remember it, but from your description it's still different to what Kane is doing. I have no love nor hate of Harry Kane and am not trying to turn my point into a witchhunt, but what is very simple is at the moment he continues to try this to cheat & while that is bad enough he is consciously endangering players to win a free/pen. It is far more dangerous than a dive & thus morally reprehensible.
he needs to stop as does anyone else doing it at the moment. There will be a broken neck or other serious injury before long.
