Not really - imagine a match going Man City fan telling Sheikh Mansour he's done with the club should they ever decide to appoint Ole Gunnar Sojkaear as manager.

1. They'll be plenty on the season ticket waiting list if he did sack it off.

2. Without Mansours millions City would be a nothing club

The only reason the scab 6 aint in the ESL is because the Government cracked down on quickly - was nothing to do with fan anger or Neville/Carragher.

I don't think anybody is saying what you're framing it like what you're portraying here at all. We are saying the opinion of the support should be considered for these decisions, like in the example of our board hiring a fat yesterday's man kopite. We are not saying that fans should have final say on the decision but they're entitled to an opinon and the ownership and board should pay respect to that.

Yes, the owners and board have the final decision but it would be unwise of them to (continue to in our case) make decisions they know are going to prove unpopular with the support. If Moshiri didn't have a new stadium being built right now he would be getting it fierce from blues over the performance and decisions made under his watch these past 5 years.

City have a very solid fan base of non glory hunting fans mate.

They used to take thousands to aways when they were in the lower leagues ( not so long ago ).

He is their technical director and trust me when I say Potter only has to answer to Tony Bloom who is the owner and not to Dan Ashworth. That's why it's working for him because he is able to implement his philosophy over the whole club without interference, this is only his 3rd season remember.
