The Spurs team and management did too.

I don't know why this was the site google gave me but here's a link:

Seems fairly logical for them to talk about their own player and back him, would be pretty poor management to not do so.

Either way, why would you hate Son for this ? It makes no sense, he was clearly upset when it happened, he spoke to Gomes the day after to clear the air, then when he scored in his next match he didn't even celebrate out of respect to Gomes... what more do people want ?

If it had been some disgusting Gerrard style two footer it would be slightly different but it was a fairly common snide challenge which you see in matches every single week. It just had a very **** outcome this time.

It was a routing snide challenge you see every week, our players have made similar tackles countless times. It seems ridiculous to still be going on about it, if it had been some Gerrard on Naismith two footed leg breaker id understand but it was a routing foul you see every single match.
Find it a bit embarrassing to be honest. Bad tackle but I’ve seen far worse. Son is a very good player.

It was still a revenge tackle that intended to do harm. Not that much harm but still.

I believe a lot of the stuff that came after was less than sincere. I mean if it is sincere he wouldn't go around trying to kick through Rudiger two months later right? Lesson learned and all that. I found it to be a bit disrespectful if I'm honest.

Son would have been the perfect attacking player to play for the early 70's Leeds side.

It was an unfortunate incident. But Son knew what he was doing and was unprepared for the consequences.

However the way your lot went about crying about what a good boy he is and lodging appeals while Gomes was crocked for 3 months left a really sour taste. A load of classless w@nkers at your club.

I do understand your anger/disappointment at Gomes getting injured but because it was only a trip it was correctly rescinded to a yellow card meaning that there was every right to appeal the red.

It was a malicious challenge from behind that ended up with Gomes severely injured. Son cried crocodile tears and your scammy club enabled him - he is renowned for being a dirty player across Europe, and compounded that a couple of weeks later with his red card against Chelsea.

Vermin player, vermin club. Second only to LFC.

Like everybody, you're entitled to an opinion.
