Squad Overhaul - Limited Budget

I'm interested in people opinions on what our overall squad and first 11 could look like next season. i've included what i thought was our best 11 last season (when fit) and what the line up could look like opening game. I don't think the first 11 can or will change that much.

Looking at our squad we are overloaded in central midfield and centre half so wouldn't expect dyche to improve those positions.

i do think a number 10, winger & fullback ideally left back must be priority. we are also lacking in a decent backup for Jordan if he did get injured so possibly a loan move for a goal keeper if we have a slot free.

I've always enjoyed the old Football Manager formation table, though can you add happy faces or sad faces depending on form, fitness and if they're settled at the club.

Can you also confirm why you've purchased a right back in Kyle Walker Peters and shoved him left back as well please.

3 new starters, 2 new backups, give the kids a shot in pre-season.

haven't player football manager in a few years. I must admit i was under the impression KWP can play either side of the back 4 and as he was relegated could be available. i just know we need cover on that left side. thanks for replying to me.

Don't think I understand

It says limited budget but has us sign JWP?
if we're getting £25 million for gray (rumoured) i think our budget is around the 30-40 million i do think a structured deal could be offered and if the player is open to the move.

I dont think we should be spending 30 or 40m on any one this summer

Our biggest signing should absolutely be a goalscorer. I genuinely don't even want to see bids for other positions right now.

I was on the new FM last night with my 14 year old lad, he was trying to play Patterson left back and I'm like "wtf, no wonder we are stuck in 10th and getting schooled by the horse punchers"

I think moving forward we're going to need more than cover at left back. Mykolenko hasn't improved 1 jot unfortunately and is absolutely grim going forward/crossing/passing/basics football things needed to avoid relegation.

I would have taken Walker Peters a couple of seasons ago before he went to Saints, Brands wanted him the following season when we could have got him a whole lot cheaper the season before.

We should sign 2 strikers. Then move on to the other less priority positions.

Pickfords back up
Midfielder
Full back
Centre half

But if we get two good forwards im not that fussed on the other positions. Obviously we need another keeper so you could argue that is priority.

he can't being played as a fullback but on his natural side in a 2 or 3 i think he is a half decent player especially in a narrow system like dyches.
He’s crap constantly watches balls go over his head just no. Ward prowse isn’t going to play for us either neither is Hudson odio taking probably out best player out McNeil as well and leaving garner out the side no thanks mate bad shouts all round.

Weve moved on Nkounkou for £1.7mil and received £2.5mil from Man City for a Stones clause = £4.2mil.

Rumour is that weve also rejected £4mil for Simms. Lets say he goes for £5mil.

That would give us £9.2mil.

Id like to see us sell both Gray and Iwobi to add to that pot as well as Michael 'the oaf' Keane.

I'd like to think players like Ndiaye, Truffert, Gnonto, David and Balogun would be interested in joining -- on structured deals...perhaps even a couple of young English lads like Wharton and Scott as well.

If we can raise £40-50mil and be sensible on how we spread payments then we may be able to go quite big this window.

Which 2 forwards would you like?

Are these centre forwards or wide forwards / support strikers who could also score?
