It might have been commissioned by Keioc - although I've seen others in the course of this saga commissioned elsewhere: The Sainsbury's Walton Hall park one in conjunction with John Seddon springs to mind; another down at the Canning Docks. Timing seems odd.

Just seen that.
TBH it's the sort of thing we should be aiming for.
It doesn't feel like a Keioc thing (too official looking), but I don't think it's anything to do with the club.
Wonder what the capacity would be on that thing? Going by the huge park end and all stands level with the main roof, I'd guess close to 60,000.
