Depending on who we get in the league cup, give him a debut and a chance to play with a few experienced players. He didn’t look out of his depth in pre season.
especially after all the stick he got for those comments he made about our pitch invasion at the end of last season
I was thinking the same and maybe a young defender like Welch getting a start . Needs the right opponent though.
