was properly made unlike the prequels, proper models and actors in costumes, less cgi.
was a solid film, well shot.

on the downside, I think the plot was written by people trying to remake Episode IV using only what my Mum can remember from half seeing it 40 years ago and her mashing it up with ESB and RotJ.
The other downside was the amount of botox Leia had rammed into her face by the studio (or by her own insecurity), it was like she'd had a stroke she could barely talk. How are you supposed to act when you can't move your face. I found it really distracting. What difference would it have made to have her looking her age?
