It is worth noticing that despite the wealthiest clubs spending vast sums buying and developing the best youngsters available, comparatively few players actually establish themselves in the first team. As a model , I very much doubt you could gain PL success using it extensively. The occasional kid will be a success the rest will merely recoup a portion of their development en route to a career in the lower leagues.
