While I know his talent level is below most of where wish or would like to see...

No one can doubt his heart. Both on and Off the pitch.
For that kind of contribution he was an immense steward of Everton.

I actually think he'll do quite well at a side that plays a more hoofball style. Never got the impression that he fits well into Martinez's system.

This really. Sad to see him go in that respect, but I would bite Norwich's arm off for 5-6 million, nevermind 8.
