He'll leave in January and score a few for Norwich, and it'll be used as proof that a mistake was made selling him. It wouldn't be though, not if the money is recycled well by Martinez on a decent second striker.

West Ham will be in for him.

Remember, he had a telepathic relationship with Jelavic at Rangers.

It is difficult to dislike him. Seems a sound bloke, and in some ways, an Everton type player.

But he aint anything other than a squad player, and not that great a one. Would wish him well if he leaves for more playing time. And RM uses the cash well.

Oh aye, I forgot about that. That'd be good business for us: about £7M in Martinez's hands and nobbling West Ham with an SPL attack.

Job done.

Going nowhere. Very happy at Everton, just wants to play a bit more.

Celebrating Christmas Eve with his missus & child, and John Stones & his girlfriend. Moia just tweeted a pic:

I don't mind if you think naismith is a crap player and your not a fan of west ham but please give it a break

type of character that just makes you wish he was a bit better, shame but is what it is...

Come on mate. That's not entirely true.

I wish him nothing bad, but fear we are too good for him. But that will come back and bite me!

You're right, it's not entirely true. After the Chelsea game:

Played 90 minutes in the 0-0 away to Swansea.
72 minutes vs WBA away in the 3-2 win.
90 minutes vs Liverpool in the 1-1 draw.
90 minutes vs Utd, in a game everyone played terribly in.

He's not featured for Everton at all since Oct 17, apart from 4 minutes at the end of the Boro cup game.

I genuinely don't think he's been treated fairly and think he's a good option as a sub, coming on for the last 15-20 minutes in tight games. I don't subscribe to this idea some people have that he's some sort of Stuart Barlow figure. I'd play him ahead of Kone.

I'm really not sure why the Naismith hate seems to have increased of late, despite him playing virtually no games for us in the last 2 months.

I also find it funny that some people are suggesting he go to West Ham for £8m, a team above us in the league. If they were to value him, why wouldn't we? Why strengthen one of our rivals with a solid squad player?

Whenever hes played since the chelsea game hes been utterly dogsht. Time to take the money which we'll likely never see for him again
