Yes but we have had the chances mate. There can be no more excuses. We have thrown away too many points recently against [Poor language removed], and with a fairly decent side.

Whatever happened at the start of the season for me is now irrelevant because we should be in Europe. We were 2 up on Brum, 30 seconds away from beating Villa, we have drew silly games, like today, and against West Ham and Wolves, so I would agree if we we were winning games and just missing out, but we have been drawing them and that is where the problem lies.

At the start of the season people were giving excuses cos of our injury situation, but other than Fellaini we have had a fairly strong side recently, and still not winning the games we should be - so what are the excuses now?

Yeah... but one statistic that really gives me hope for next season is the fact that if the leauge had started on jan 1st (when we started getting some of our long term injuries back) we would be 3rd now behind Chelski and man u - thats got to be a positive - hasn't it ????
Basically this season we gave the rest a 15 game headstart!

Well if we beat Brum, Villa and West Ham, like we should have done on the night, then we would be in Europe. That mate is the reality.

Say we were going into the Pompey game needing a win to get into Europe. Liverpool have lost to Chelsea and are losing too, and we get a penalty in the last minute, it's nil nil. We take the penalty, we miss it and we miss out on Europe. Was it because of before Christmas games, or the Pompey game?
