I know we need a centre back , left back ect but to me I think we still need something different in midfield, we haven't got anybody to play with a bit of magic about them, all are midfielders get about the pitch ok but are so one dimensional and lacking in energy going forward its untrue .
We are to easy to close out of the game because of it.

100%, I hope there's one in the 4 or 5 we need.

So Richarlison and Digne for the left side. Mina for CB, the other 2 positions have to be a CM and striker surely. Hopefully the RLC and Batshuayi links are real.

CM and another CB for me. We're weaker at CB than we are at ST, imo.
We aren't even that weak upfront.

Tosun is a natural scorer, Niasse is proven and DCL is someone we can work with. And if we realllllly wanted to, Walcott can play centrally.

Aside from RB (and maybe AM), striker is the least concerning position.

Olympique Lyonnais have rejected the chance to sign Barcelona's Marlon Santos on loan next season according to 'RMC'.

Lyon are on the lookout for a new centre back and had looked at signing Marlon on loan. However, according to the same source, the club are being especially selective when it comes to finding a partner for Marcelo in defence next season.

Now it appears the French club have switched targets and instead want Marlon's teammate at Barcelona, Yerry Mina.

RMC are reporting that Florian Maurice, the director of football at Lyon, has told Barcelona - and Eric Abidal - that they won't be signing Marlon and instead want to take Mina on loan for a year. The Colombian centre back isn't short of offers, most of which have come from the Premier League.

Marlon spent last season on loan with Nice but Barça are keen to sell him this summer as they're now well stacked in centre halves. Southampton and West Ham were both interested in Marlon and it appeared a deal was close but both times an agreement fell through.

I do worry a bit about the striker position, because we don't have a striker who is gonna bag you 20+ goals. If Batshuayi was to come in on loan, I'd certainly be happy. But it's definitely not as pressing as the CB situation. Richarlison could also play up front.

If he chooses them and that jarg league over the PL then more fool him.

Plz sign for us Yerry

Send the dad and his kid after them to rough them up.

Nothing to indicate that Batshuayi would score 20 anyways. Plenty to indicate that Tosun might.
