In May/June its bedwetting, a week before the window closes is a different story.

Give over mate, even with this squad now we'd still finish between 8th and 10th. We'll get 2 to 4 more signings and things will look better. I'd go as far as saying a LB and CB and we'd look a completely different team. You have to bare in mind also that the team have been doing full training sessions before these matches and in turn look sluggish and slow.

A centre mid and centre back and then we will look a different team. Spine of the team is what makes the difference.

The next on the list for me would be an upgrade on Tosun, who i do like, but we will end up needing better in the long run imo.

Suspect you’re right, but I’d make the phone call just in case. Spurs don’t seem to like holding onto anyone the wrong side of 30 so we might be in with a sniff.

I’d say that, assuming we get Digne over the line, a centre back and centre mid are essential before the close of the window now. Two centre backs ideally, but that seems very unlikely.

I’m sick of people saying Holgate this Holgate that, for me he’s done nothing to show he should be starting for Everton and put on a Pedestal. Looks like Marco agrees aswel.
