He's gash man hence why he was playing for relegated stoke. Surely there is better out there unless funds are limited and we only have £15-18 million for the CM position with us needing a CM.

If funds are tight I would honestly rather we paid a generous loan fee for a Drinkwater type midfielder to get us through the season until next summer when we have the money available to go out and get a top notch CM.

I haven't seen much of him for Stoke in fairness but I like the idea of adding that power and physicality to our midfield at a reasonable fee. Yes we need a playmaker too but maybe for future windows.

Is he better than MS? Yes, head and shoulders better
He actually looked good in a terrible Mark Hughes side he would definitely improve our squad.
For that price, get him in especially if it means we get rid of Williams!!
