Can't agree at all I'm afraid. Bolasie has been consistently picked as a first team player whilst Vlasic hasn't. Bolasie has actually made a contribution and changed games as recently as this last season, whilst Vlasic has done nothing but run around a bit.

We will get a higher fee and more interest in Bolasie than we will Vlasic, and that's because he's the better player, who has shown far more than Vlasic has.

Bolasie has been constantly picked as a first teamer (rightly so) by Koeman when he was first signed.

Since then the only person who picked him as a first teamer was Allardyce. A man who in six months at this club took it a further two years back.

Surely there's better points to back up your argument than that?

Also, I agree that Bolasie is - on paper - currently a better player. You'd expect that. But I'd rather see him go than Vlasic.

However, if he stays I'll be fully behind him. I was one of Bolasie's biggest advocates on here initially, but he just looks shot to me.

Bit weird this

What does it achieve? Silva trying to make a point?
It might be a signal to those players that they are free to look for a move if they want but they won't be in the plans here. If we are trying to move people both ways in the last week it might be nice if it wasn't all on Brands

No, you've made that up?

Please tell me where you have found out this information that Vlasic has a bad attitude.
When he wasn't being picked apparently he had a bit of a strop. Stories about him asking to leave, even though he'd only been here for five minutes. I don't know if that's true or not, it was just the story doing the rounds. It appears I'm not the only one to have heard it though as plenty of others in here have just referenced it. Either way, I doubt the kid is good enough for what we want. Silva doesn't seem to think so.

I think Sandro has shown enough to stay.

I have no issue with Vlasic going - ideally I think he needs a loan - but I think it's harsh to ostracise him from the group, if the reason is just because Silva doesn't fancy him. As I said, we saw the same mistake from Koeman...

I think a loan move would be a good idea, maybe to a championship side. I think the issue is far too many players of the same in the squad.
Again with besic, I really like the player but other mangers don't seem to rate him as much.

??

I'd rather we ostracise Bolasie (who I do like, but there's no future for him really) than Vlasic, tbh mate.

Yeah I dont disagree with you... at least from the outside looking in. I don’t rate Vlasic, but the like you say no real future for Bolasie here. Maybe his attitude isn’t particularly good... who knows!

Heavy that from Joyce

As much as I heavily dislike Williams and .Martina can't see them kicking off.... must just be a statement to say you do not play get a new club

Massively disagree with the vlasic one though... Get him a loan he's got talent and his young

The story was, I believe, he asked Unsworth why he had been dropped all together and also what he could do to get back in.

It was actually a fair question, as well. As, in the run up to Koeman's sacking, Vlasic was the one player showing a bit of effort and craft.

This is where I heard a few things about Unsy's 'management' that I didn't like. Maybe he was just too invested in the club, but supposedly he came down hard on Vlasic merely for questioning how he could force his way back into Unsworth's plans.

I don't think that amounts to bad attitude. I think it's more a kid desperate to play and take his opportunity.

I agree, I don't think he is of the desired quality yet and I'd happily see him go out on loan, or sold if the right offer comes in. However, I also don't think we should be ostracising him from the squad.

I like Silva, I'm fully behind him. But I have my doubts over his style (as I did when we appointed him, mainly defensively). I just hope making decisions to cut people out of the squad doesn't come back to bite him like it did with Koeman.
