Summer 2018 Transfer Window

My aim is premier league championship.

Leicester's win will always be that weird anomoly that proves it can be done.

I think I'd rather finish 8th than anywhere outside of the top 4. Euro League is such trash.

Disagree. Euro Tours are potentially brilliant for 3 reasons:

1) mega days outs for the fans (which is what it's all about)
2) some great memories (vs Fiorentina, vs Wolfsburg etc...which is what it's all about part 2)
3) the chance to win something!
4) and if we do, we get automatic Champs League qualification

Gutted the transfer window shuts at 5pm on Thursday. Almost rules out any hope of late drama. That could have a big impact on our ability to push something over the line on the last day.

Why would it rule out late drama?.... any 'drama' that would have happened had deadline day been in September will still happen this Thursday....sure the World cup hasn't helped the situation, but all clubs have had plenty of time to draw up their list of targets and try get those deals done... Pretty sure Brands and Silva have atleast 3 more targets they hope to bring in this week (probably in all cases we'll be left waiting till deadline day while those players hold out for the best possible deal for them)....

Good morning chaps, we have a slow Eggs news day. Understandable given we had played yesterday - Expecting it will pick up again tomorrow.

Paris Saint-Germain are interested in signing Everton target Marcos Rojo as Jose Mourinho is keen to offload him from Manchester United according to Metro.

Sunday Express - Lucas Digne says he has spoken to Yerry Mina to tempt him towards Everton but does not know where the Manchester United target will end up.

Everton Insider - The entourage of Yerry Mina have now accepted that Everton are the best option for the defender, and have re-opened talks with Brands.

Echo - Marco Silva knows it, the fans know it, the players will know it - Everton need more signings. Exploring Silvas comments.

Everton keen on signing Islam Slimani from Leicester City. The Algerian striker worked with Marco Silva at Sporting via Correio da Manha.

See you same time tomorrow you jazz hounds. x
