I have been saying all summer with my mate. Jags would be the first person I would ship out. He won’t be first choice and it think it is a recipe for disaster to have him around the squad. Captains are first choice players and clearly Silva wants him replaced.

He’s been a good player, but he needs to go.

What do you know that we don't.......why is it a "disaster"? I know that he is past his best but I don't get this "disruptive influence" crap spouted by some.

I'd rip that armband off him and put it on Coleman in a heartbeat. Hopefully Seamus gets it when Jagielka and Baines aren't on the pitch...which is hopefully every game...and keeps it for good. There is no other captain material at Everton and why he's still waiting for it I dont know.
