Does not surprise me one bit.

Our defensive woes could have been sorted if we'd had a manager then who wasn't afraid to break up the Baines-Jagielka Faction and really change things at the club. There's still a tip toeing around it now. Looks like we will have replacements for both this window, but they still hang around the club with their menacing potential to cause trouble in the dressing room.

I have been saying all summer with my mate. Jags would be the first person I would ship out. He won’t be first choice and it think it is a recipe for disaster to have him around the squad. Captains are first choice players and clearly Silva wants him replaced.

He’s been a good player, but he needs to go.

To be fair, I have no idea what Boro need, but all three of those players will always give their all and I would be happy for them to find their level and do well, it could work out for all parties
