The club are going to be paying a proportion of the wages of the likes of Bolassie. What the overall profit-loss is will be hard to get info on. One thing we can defo say though is that these players out on loan will all be a year further into their contracts and therefore have devalued for us as saleable assets if we have to bring them back in.
So didn't really answer my question. As usual your own negative spin on things.

You are an intelligent person. You know full well we will have received loan fees and won't be paying full wages. Thus saving the club money on wages and loan fees in. Chelsea have this this for years.

But I guess getting loan fees and not paying wages doesnt fit in with your agenda. Oh and don't forget that any loan fees recieved will ofset any decrease in value!

Fraser Hornby still collects a wage and can be selected for the first team, whack him in there.

If you honestly can’t see the difference between an 18-year-old with ONE senior appearance in a Europa League dead rubber and a 24-year-old who has made more than 40 senior appearances for four different teams in the top two levels of English football, you really don’t have a clue.

Which leaves us with a final squad of:

  1. Pickford (GK) 24
  2. Stekelenberg (GK) 35
  3. Joao Virginia (GK) 18
  4. Coleman (RB) 29
  5. Kenny (RB) 21
  6. Digne (LB) 25
  7. Baines (LB) 33
  8. Mina (CB) 23
  9. Zouma (CB) 23
  10. Jagielka (CB) 36
  11. Keane (CB) 25
  12. Holgate (CB) 21
  13. Browning (CB) 24
  14. Galloway (CB) 22
  15. Gueye (DM) 28
  16. Baningime (DM) 19
  17. Schneiderlin (DM) 28
  18. McCarthy (DM) 27
  19. Davies (CM) 20
  20. André Gomes (CM) 25
  21. Bernard (AM) 25
  22. Sigurdsson (AM) 28
  23. Dowell (AM) 20
  24. Walcott (RW) 29
  25. Richarlison (LW) 21
  26. Lookman (LW) 20
  27. Tosun (ST) 27
  28. Calvert-Lewin (ST) 21
  29. Niasse (ST) 28
Just two outfield players over the age of 30 in the squad now (Baines & Jagielka) so you can clearly see the direction that Brands is going in.
Not having this discussion again.

Are they still at Everton Football Club? Yes.

Are they senior players? Yes.

Regardless of whether they’ve “been demoted” or are “U23 players”, they are still taking a wage from the club and still able to be selected for the first team.

And the difference between them and other youth team players is their first team experience.

Rather than nitpicking, just give my post a like will ya FFS!
I'd say that both Galloway and Browning are very much U23 players mate so I'd say the squad size is 27. Personally I think that's a perfect size and with 16 of them being 25 or younger and just 3 over 30, it's also a youthful squad compared to last year.

I think Jan and next summer will be very interesting and exciting.

At the moment i can see these players still being around;

GK -- Pickford / Virginia
RB -- *Coleman / Kenny
RCB -- Mina / Keane
LCB -- ??? / Holgate
LB -- Digne / Robinson
DM -- Gana / Baningime / Connolly
CM -- ??? / Davies / Vlasic
AM -- Bernard / Lookman / Dowell
RF -- ??? / ???
CF -- ??? / DCL / ???
LF -- Richarlison / Onyekuru

Quite clear where we need players
1 GK
1 CB
1 CM
2 RF
2 CF

Of course, anything could change over the course of the season

* Coleman will find it very hard to stay in the squad if he keeps up this performance level.

Only problem is Dave they are only considered saleable assets if someone wants to buy them
No one will buy Bolassie and only an absolute gobshite of the highest order would pay actual money for Besic

So you are binning off Walcott who has been our best player since he signed and I assume it’s purely on the basis of his age and no other reason
Zat go back to bed
