Hi Brisan .
Basically 50 ultras burst into the sporting training ground and started to wreck the place, Das bos or whatever his name is had to get stitches for a neck injury and a head cut, the players had to do one into the gym to get away from them.
Sorry on kindle so can't post pic, it was on Twitter the ones I got to see, but sure a quick search will come up with something or somebody else will post them, happened Tuesday I think Nice way to treat your own players.

*facepalm*

Freddy that’s the club haha. Berardi and Politano are the two wingers.
Only joking mate.;)

I did have to google them though as I had no idea who their wingers were. Never heard of Politano. I've seen Berardi for Italy U21 but thought Juventus have first tabs on him.

I'm probably in the minority here but I'm actually hoping for a very sensible transfer window, with very controlled incoming and outgoings.

We've had a massive amount of incoming players in the last 18 months (in truth we've probably got about 40 players who are in competition for a first team squad place, when you add the returning loan players back in the mix), a complete mish mash of tactics, selections, not to mention under Allardyce some incredibly negative teams, where attacking minded players were virtually removed from consideration (Vlasic, Lookman, Klassen, Sandro, even Rooney was expelled from a forward striking role).

We need stability, the new Director of football along with the new manager to be given the time to actually assess the squad and give us some sort of footballing identity again in terms of both formation and style of play. This will take time, but it has to happen, its insane to continue to change managers, philosophy and whatever else at the rate we have been, not to mention the massive wages and fees involved.

This season has been admittedly awful but we were still 'good' enough to finish 8th and I have no doubt any decent manager will achieve slightly better results if given the same squad next year.

I'd like the manager to pinpoint a two or three areas where we are obviously short (for me that'd be centre back, left back & central midfielder) and add 3 quality players in those areas, possibly supplemented by a couple of loans from squad players at Champion League clubs.

As for outgoings we need to start trimming the fat to reduce squad size and the wage bill, but again this has to be sensible. For me the obvious candidates are the older players who we know aren't going to improve and are no longer good enough for automatic first team selection, so the likes Williams would be first to go.

We absolutely must give the likes of Dowell, Lookman, Klassen, Sandro, Vlasic and the rest of the young or recently purchased players a good opportunity to demonstrate how valuable they can/can't be before returning to this mass culling followed by panic buying spiral we're getting stuck in.

Patience right now is key.

So you're saying bring in 4/5 new players for key positions where we have identified a shortfall in first XI quality, thinning out the squad (mainly of the older players) and give some of the younger players an opportunity.

Don't think that puts you in the minority mate. That's what most sensible posters are saying.
