Meh, always the exception to the rule, but enough examples around to suggest maybe they are not worth the risk.

- In November, Eindhoven Blagdad reported that Watford Manager, Marco Silva, was keen on PSV youngster Armando Obispo. Silva and Brands could team up at Everton to get the 18 year old CB this summer.
- According to the Yorkshire Evening Post, Leeds United have opened talks with LB Tom Pearce in an effort to keep him at Elland Road amid interest from Everton.
- 4th Official website reports Everton and Manchester United interest in Spurs LB, Danny Rose. Tottenham apparently want £37m for the player.
- Everton have been linked with Porto defender, Ivan Marcano, but according to Gianluca di Marzio, the player is in advanced talks regarding a move to AS Roma.
- Everton, West Ham and Wolves are reportedly keen on Arsenal midfielder, Jack Wilshire, but Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter urging him to stay.

..great left peg on him but he doesn’t look very tall for a CB.
Says 6'1" on transfermarkt. Apparently rated really highly though in the Dutch youth set up. PSV have a few young kids that are worth a punt.
..not bad. Must say he doesn’t look that size on the clips but that would be ok.
Guess it depends when the footage was taken too when you're a teenager. Could do with a continental defender mind! (Not RFM)

..absolutely, and this lad is left sided which is a big plus. All conjecture at this point, I expect there will be plenty of this type of link in coming months.
Basically anyone PSV own or have recently been linked with I suspect.
I know we need the 'major stars' signed for the first XI but our academy needs a boost too. Was a really disappointing U23 squad last season.
