Looking forward to some new players coming in and shifting out a bit of deadwood. I’d like Ziyech and Lozano to start, new LB, new CB and a box to box midfielder who can retain the ball.

Ive no idea, im just analysing and speculating mate, certainly going back over the last few years since Moshiri took over the out fees have made a significant whole in the ins costs, the net spend or level of overall spending is one to watch. Should reveal a bit about the Moshiri era.

would we not like to see Lookman given a go in that role?
 

I’d like to see us snap up (buy, not loan) Renato Sanches. He had a terrible season at Swansea but they weren’t exactly great. Left out of the WC squad as well so will probably like a real fresh start.

He’s still only 20 and has as much talent as anyone else in his position. He’d bring real quality to CM and fill the gaps we have where we don’t have a proper ball playing midfielder.

I can’t see his stock being anywhere near as high as it was when he went to Bayern either, so probably would be in our budget.

They've come out and said they are giving him another chance haven't they?

Whether thats just pre-season with the new manager or what am not sure, but I wouldn't expect anything to happen with him (if at all) until the last weeks of the window after the new manager has assessed.
