Take the supposed 100M and buy Carvalho, Lascelles and Lozano and then take the funds from player sales to buy a left back (guess Fabra) and perhaps another center half.

Probably pipe dreams, but I would take it.

As far as I am aware the only player that might leave those clubs is rose who has been linked with us.

If hes not as good as Andy Robertson and Ashley Young he should probably just retire now.

I think we either need a beast with pace OR one with pace who can play the ball.

Sessegnon could very easily play left back...the reason hes left wing now is because forward need him there as he's their star player.

We could quite easily have him and say, Walcott on the left side...Lookman should take the central attacking midfield slot.

I reckon I've called just about every transfer we've made right (in that they've almost all been rubbish) in the last 3 years.

And the players I wanted us to sign in the last 18 months: Leon Bailey, Wilfrid Ndidi, Keita Balde have all gone to be massively better than the ones we've signed.

Guedes and Fornals are both achievable and will be seen as beyond our reach in the next 12 months.

Guedes is beyond our reach now.

Who would you recommend for midfield? I struggle to see many better options that would potentially be available to us than Ruiz of Betis. There are rumours that Barca are interested in him so maybe he wouldn't be achievable for us anyway.
