- According to the Washington Post, Wayne Rooney will fly to the US capital this week to undergo a medical and tie up his move to DC United.
- ESPN report Everton, Arsenal and Chelsea are all after the signature of Hamburg defender Josha Vagnoman. The 17 year old was the 2nd youngest player in history to play in the Bundesliga when he made his debut against Bayern Munich.
- Le10 Sport have repeated yesterday’s news linking Everton and Spurs with Lille midfielder, Yves Bissouma.
- 4th Official suggest Everton are interested in bringing Bristol City’s 24 year old left back, Joe Bryan, to Goodison this summer.
- The Daily Mirror say reports are gaining traction that Leighton Baines is about to move to LA Galaxy.
- Italian outlet, Tuttosport, reckon Everton and Roma are locked in a battle to sign Ajax youngster, Justin Kluivert. The player apparently favours a move to Italy.
- According to a report by Estádio Deportivo, Everton are eyeing a move for Sevilla striker, Luis Muriel. Everton were apparently interested in the 27 year old Colombian last summer.

- The Liverpool Echo report one of Everton’s senior scouts is about to follow Steve Walsh out of the exit door. Laurence Stewart joined the club from Manchester City shortly after Walsh was appointed but is moving to RB Leipzig. It is also suggested the future of Chief Scout, Martyn Glover is in doubt.
- MailSport say Marcel Brands will meet Marco Silva this week regarding the Everton Manager post. Dominic King’s report also repeats the assertion that Bill Kenwright could step down to usher in Alisher Usmanov.
