Not me, my point was that's what I imagine he has been doing....so don't think he'll need to do any player assessing in preseason, he likely already knows exactly what's needed..

The two of them have had months to watch and work this out. Silva in particular has been sat on a sofa for 6 months watching Everton.

Nothing complex about it, the MLS transfer window isnt open till July.

Its quite simple, he cant sign till the window opens.
