When did Brands state this!?!?!?

Wont be many players we sign outside or inside the league that dont need a bedding in period.

Good players adapt, bad players dont, then again some good players take longer than others, basically its always a lottery.
There`s a direct quote somewhere, where he states that he wants players that will come straight into the first team.

Yeah but on the other hand they both must have learned much more than they would have for us, regular game time at a higher level than before, some loans, like Galloways most recent 1s, they are a waste, keeping Dowell and Robinson when we had Koeman and Sam as manager would have been a waste, at least we now have a manager that will judge them on their talent, not their age, its up to them to show they can make an impact from now on.

...I think Robinson and Dowell would’ve got sufficient game time had they stayed. Baines was out for a while and we were really struggling for creative quality and goals on the right side. Factor in Dowell’s proven blend with Kenny. They both would have provided better than we had (Lennon and Martina), they both would’ve had sufficient game time to aid their development and we’d have known if they have futures at this level.

It’s a win all around and something I suggested should happen last summer.

I've heard he's a hungry player.

Not necessarily such a big reduction in wages as reports suggest we have to subsidise the wage being paid by DC
So the once a blue, always a blue, massive Evertonian will still make us pay his wages when he leaves he club.

Biggest villain in our history. Get him out and never let him back in ANY capacity. I’d even ban the tit from attending games.

Everton striker Wayne Rooney is on the verge of completing his move to Major League Soccer outfit DC United.
Manchester United and England's record goalscorer agreed a deal in principle last month but was undecided about leaving Everton halfway through his two-year contract.
However, the 32-year-old is expected be in the United States later this week to complete the transfer.
"Talks are progressing," said Ian Monk, a spokesman for Rooney.
Rooney cannot sign for DC United until the US mid-season transfer window opens on 10 July.
Provided there are no unexpected developments, he will make his debut on 14 July, the day before the World Cup final, when DC United open their new 20,000-capacity Audi Field stadium against Vancouver.
Rooney will leave the Premier League as its second highest goalscorer with 208 goals, bettered only by Alan Shearer (260).
He has won five league titles, three League Cups, an FA Cup and the Champions League in 2008.
