Are they arguing about rules and moderation and what makes a jarg thread by any chance?I just had a peek in that other thread.
It's not good.

Agreed. Might I suggest the Deulofeu thread for a bit of laughter. A lot of reaction to the giant mural of RM on the side of GP. I was somewhat surprised that some GOT members found it inspiring.Exactly. There are ninety days to go in this window - and maybe 3 signings to make (if we are lucky) - maybe a couple of loans.
We all need to work together to get through this - build ourselves up for the coming season - the more laughs the merrier.
@Pippi Longstocking has a lot of many good ideas on this matter. Hisher rumour rating system could be a game changerAre they arguing about rules and moderation and what makes a jarg thread by any chance?
Not really.
Given the association that Martinez has with McCarthy, I would ordinarily say the odds on the latter moving to Spurs are pretty long. However, @Adversus has put together a strong case for swapping McCarthy for two Spurs players and suggests this is very much on Martinez's radar. I really rate Mccarthy and not sure about the Kaboul bloke @Adversus reckons is headed our way.
Too tight to call this one I feel...probably needs to stay in this thread for the mean time until @Adversus provides us some links, or at least a spreadsheet showing us his workings.
No I don't recon that. I think there's an argument for selling McCarthy although I don't want that at least this season however perhaps next season he might go which is why we haven't renewed his contract.Given the association that Martinez has with McCarthy, I would ordinarily say the odds on the latter moving to Spurs are pretty long. Thank you...excellent clarification. And, I suggest, we should not put very high probability on the Spurs swap deal eventuating. No I don't recon that. That said McCarthy is our best player after Baines and there's no guarantee either Besic, Barkley or Cleverly will work out playing in and around where McCarthy plays.
If I was Martinez I would reward James for his performances these past two seasons with the new contract. He's earned it and I would worry about next season next season.
However that's completely different to swapping him for Lennon or Kaboul. Neither of which I want but I can see why Spurs might think in Levy's deluded mind it would be something we want.
@Adversus has cleared up the confusion with a thought provoking piece he has published on this page. And you are correct, the likelihood of the swap deal happening are well below 50% now.never going to happen that. kaboul isn't even that good plus swap deals like that rarely happen
