Summer Transfer Window 2017

I feel these are signings that ensure we remain the best of the rest. We need something different to break through. Don't know why but I don't get a buzz thinking of any of them.
Not every signing can be a huge name in football. Most of the squad building will be solid players who will do an 8/10 nearly every week.
I think on top of these we will see, maybe even two "names" being signed.

Realistic and Potential Targets

Keane/Gibson - £20-£25m
Sigurdsson - £25m
Gray - £15m
Pickford - £20m
Adarabioyo - FREE

If we can get these targets in before we sell Barkley or/and Lukaku, we can concentrate on bigger targets

Pretty sure he signed a new contract with City

If Lukaku goes, then he has to be replaced with 2 - 3 quality players otherwise I see Everton down with the dead men like Palace. Consider the team that Palace has. It includes Cabaye, Zaha, Benitez, Puncheon, Townsend. Lukaku has been rumoured to be on his way for a long long time. I am just surprised that a club with Everton's ambitions are not more proactive in the transfer market.

Looking more likely we can't conduct transfers until we sell as simply we won't be provided the money despite the record TV deal

Kenwright mk II it seems to be, but I'm personally holding fire until the window closes this time. And that's with me having massive doubts about him since he oversaw the "sell to buy" trainwreck that was last summer.

After that, we'll know exactly what Moshiri is.

Net spend really doesn't matter because we will be selling to buy under Moshiri so always will have next to nothing net, or heavily minus if you factor in TV money.

I think Barkley will stay and maybe even Gerri.

It's unrealistic to think we'll have over 50M net but I wish the money he claimed was bid last summer on Koulibaily and Co actually showed up.

We have to remember there is a new home to finance

Moshiri himself has money, no doubt about that.

There is no increased ambition and there is no increase in spending power despite the hype.

We are operating a similar style of buy low sell high as priority and sign rejects/ over pay for average players mandate. As we have.

Ellis Short is also a billionaire and he's left Sunderland a mess. Moshiri has appointed Walsh who has no experience in the DOF role and he's stumped up mostly crap players at Everton. He could easily bankrupt us and people would say but Walsh got Vardy.

We don't have to wait until end of window to see this, as at end of window he will still be exonerated of any blame.

Bill got burnt at stake over few quid of Arteta money and nobody cares to call the missing TV money into jeopardy.

I'd also say he's more like the Planet Hollywood guys who came board who do nothing but let bill run the show.

I don't doubt that a new stadium will be coming, just will be butchered by a running track and Moshiri will not spend any of his own money on it.

Usmanov won't be coming to bail us out and EFC still owe him every penny of this '80 M debt clearing loan'

Also the architect on social media will milk every bit of attention he can and he's in on the scam along with, Koeman pretending to throw toys out pram over signings not being completed. Don't worry 6M a year prevents him from actually resigning.

Personally I'd be delighted with a spine of Pickford - Keane - Sigurdsson and they are realistic targets (if Utd cool on Keane) but getting them in before the sale of Lukaku isn't realistic for obvious reasons.
