Well you should have mentioned the others before you put Austin in mate,and people are not idiots mate there just putting their opinion forward as they are entitled to do.

Dont get me wrong I haven't a problem with supporters hoping for big names I would love a Lacazette as much as the next man and have put his name forward in the past, but the problem is when we do go and sign a Austin/Benteke in the summer our fans will kick off at Koeman and Moshiri for "not showing ambition"

We all have to accept reality that Moshiri is no Abramovich and we won't be signing CL quality players on £150k+ a week contracts. Our best bet is sign a Austin but also bring in 4-5 better players than what we have in other areas in the starting 11 to balance the loss out to Rom e.g better defenders/wingers and a GK.

One thing for certain is if we lose Rom Koeman has to target players in the attacking midfield/winger positions who can contribute with goals as at present we rely too much On Rom.

Been touting him as Baines' replacement for a while now.

If he can keep progressing he'll be one of the best LB's in the league I think.

Keane will have about 12 months left on his deal in the summer so should cost no more than 15. Far from expensive imo.
