Goat you'd like that Berardi lad btw, proper little nark, and nearly burst his lungs chasing a bad misshit ball 20 yards behind him to save a throw in, he gets the Blue Steve seal of approval.

As for Ross hope we keep him, got strong doubts but just want to see what happens if he actually has movement around and in front of him from 3-4 players...

Berardi if we can convince him would be perfect mate, based entirely on YouTube and one under 21 game of watching him. Basically a better version of mirallas when kev turns up with his being arsed head on.
 
Funny, even the analysis indicated how they play very different positions and are certainly different players. Sigurdsson was playing for friggin Swans. He HAD to be the main catalyst all the time and every other squad knew it. Ross just simply refuses to push the play and attack. He would much rather hold it, move it around a bit, keep the ball rather than taking many chances. Don't get me wrong, it's a valuable skill and he's uber talented, but it's tough to have a guy out there like that without being able or willing to tackle and win the ball back quickly. Koeman wanted him closer to Rom and being more aggressive. I just don't think he has it in him.

Im currently not scouting players, the Andre Gray links have actually knocked me for 6.

Berardi's last two seasons have been concerning. Injuries probably are the reasons and it would be odd for a player to peak that early, but it should be a concern.

Think this is one of Koemans greatest strengths. He has no time for sentiment - fans want to keep Ross because he's one of us. Koeman doesn't care - he just wants to win football matches.

He rightly dropped him and dragged him off on numerous occasions last season because he doesn't play the way he wants him to play. He can't even coach him to press.

Only alternative is to find a player who will press and attack.

Ok, ive had a look at your boy and ive got to say, hes utterly terrible, his decision making is utter jokes, hes selfish and ive seen traffic cones with better ball retention.

We will not be pursing this utter clown, thanks.

15/16 Season - 32 Games 8 Goals, 8 Assists
16/17 Season - 25 Games 10 Goals, 11 Assists (after missing until January with a knee injury)

Not sure whats to be concerned about mate honestly
