The argument could be, however, that we've never seen him in a two with someone as strong and imposing like Keane. He could be brought through how Stones was? He wasn't exactly physical.

I heard that cucu can play RB and lb so can cover there. For me I would like a striker over a cb as priority.

Yes I have no problem with us getting Cucu in to do a job, I also see a striker as important, but having Sandro and Rooney does Koeman? I was thinking Rooney may well play behind strikers/striker but getting Sigardsson in that probably wouldn't happen. But Im still hoping for a good striker I think we need more as there could be a lot of games this season.

Think this summer is about bulking the squad out with good players of a level good enough to try and help us push on. We've signed 5 players (not including Onyekuru), 3 for good fees and we'll be making our money stretch this summer and making a few good investments. I'm sure another 2 or 3 will come in, maybe the likes of Sigurdsson & Giroud for good money and possibly another for good money and that'll be us.

But come next summer we won't be going out and trying to sign 6-7, 7-8 players, it'll more likely be around 2-3, 3-4 and the money will be there to make a big statement signing in money terms imo. This summer is about putting the money up and spending well but also making the money stretch to be able to improve the team/squad sufficiently. If we go out and spend £35-40m on a player, £50m on another & £65m plus on someone else, then we're not going to be able to sign much more are we, even with sales, IF we can get more players off of our books?!....

We can't go spending £20-30m on every player ffs mate....

He'd be a younger squad option to add competition. Williams is more than good to go for another season alongside Keane. Mori is injured, Holgate is inexperienced and Jags is knocking on. Get someone like this Tisserand in and are options for another season atleast are fine imo.

Come next season and I'm sure we will look at getting another quality CB in to partner Keane long term.
