Apparently CSKA had a bid rejected for that Arana (LB) and Corinthians are asking for €19m.

Nothing has changed, at least from the bedwetters...Transfer bedwetters crawling out the cracks because we haven't signed anyone in a few days ffs.
Mahrez has made it clear he wants CL and also told Leicester he wants out, key differences between him and Ciggy. He will go but I'm not convinced he will crack it in a top side.

Ah damn. Well there go our chances of signing Albrighton and Simpson. Off to Barca and Bayern. Why would he consider joining us? He won the league with Leicester.... so his next move has to be to a big big club.
Been thinking about this, everyone has been banging on about a target man and physical presence (me included). Then I look at city, they have no physical presence in the final third. Jesus, aguero, sterling, de Bryne and both silva's. Yet look at the amount of goals they score. I'm not suggesting getting siguardsson and mahrez will make us as productive as city, but we can adopt a similar style to them. 30m for mahrez or 25m for giroud is a no brainier for me.You thinking Mahrez, Rooney, Gylfi behind Sandro? Might be interesting.

I'm sorry the only comparison you make between mahrez and drinkwater and albrighton is that they have played for Leicester. Mahrez is a significant class above those two, but possibly also in attitude as well. Not exactly sure why you would say that, I'm certain he would jump at the chance to play for us.
Not that I want him, he has had one decent season with Leicester where Drinkwater and Allbrighton looked like worldies.
Any player can be made to look good when a team is playing well, the top players are the ones who look good when a team is playing not so well.I'm sorry the only comparison you make between mahrez and drinkwater and albrighton is that they have played for Leicester. Under your bed..............Where is Cuco Martina that everyone afraid of?

Let's face it, you are right that whole Leicester team played out of their skin for the whole season they won the league. Mahrez wasn't nowhere near as effective as that last season, but still managed 12 goals and 5 assists in the season. He was still one of Leicester's better players.Any player can be made to look good when a team is playing well, the top players are the ones who look good when a team is playing not so well.
I just think he isn't what Koeman wants. Walsh would probably bring him back in a heartbeat
