Summer Transfer Window 2017

Tbf AC Milan have done amazing transfer business and it's not over yet

Bonucci has changed it all.

Before that they were just doing what they've done for the last few summers and buying in a huge batch of players.

But yeh, Bonucci is a massive statement from them. The best defender in the world at the moment for me.

Wonder how many saying Kone is "badly gash" now were saying "get it done whatever the cost" and "Koeman and Walsh know best" this time last year?

We were *this* close to spending £50m on Sissoko and Kone last summer.

Kone threw the towel in last year after not getting his move.

He's actually not *that* bad. But he showed little class I suppose.

Your utterly obsessed with me man it's quite scary tbh. I can barely remember what I posted yesterday yet here you are actively trawling for a specific comment of no importance made from a random bloke on an internet forum from months ago. I honestly struggle with the thought process that goes into it, do you actively search back through all the posts or do you have like a little saved word document with the time and date off all my comments etc?

Seek help.

You sound familiar.

Don't underrate signings like Conti, Kessie and Silva though mate. All their signings have been impressive except for Borini and Gigi's brother but that was just a peace offering.

Bonucci is the stand out, Frank Kessie also impressive, however they've also brought in Borinni on loan who isn't as good.
They seem to have a bit of money sloshing around but I think their may also be a bit of a cloud over the new owners.
I used to love watching the great Milan teams of the 90s and it would be good to have them back amongst the elite. Hopefully with us!

Did you read the article? It basically says: IF we meat Swansea's valuation we spend 150m and we're in for a striker afterwards but Giroud fancies Dortmund.
Nothing new here, just rehashed info for a quiet Sunday.

Yeh I read it after - I assumed, wrongly, that he was saying it'd been agreed.

Not really a rehash. It's actually a proper 'feature' article rather than just the same old transfer story rehashed :)

Yeah borini is a weird one, the rest of them have been really good signings, shame they got Rodriquez the left back, would've loved him to replace Baines

Given how badly we defended and how well Sunderland finished, along with Sissokos performance in the Euros it seemed like they would be good deals. Kone may still be decent enough for a low price. However, there were many blues who were delighted that Sissoko swerved us for Spurs.

You're right though, there's always the danger in buying any player that it just won't work out.
