Spot on, this. I know we're all supposed to be optimistic because we made some early signings, but squad is still some way from challenging the top 6 and time is running out - or have we written off those tough early fixtures already?

This is why it's a bit mad to be ok with 'you have to be patient for Giroux'. If he decides last minute to stay then we are screwed.

We should act like a big club, I'm happy with the business we have done. But we should make an other to Arsenal tell giroud we will match his money, and give them a week.

If Sanchez stays, giroud will regret staying, he wasn't a regular last season and that was with out lacazette and wellbeck out for most of the season.

Is that a really bad outcome of the window so far? I will not argue that we need a bit more quality in central defence, right back and a top signing up front as we have been told we are after, but it aint that bad is it really?

It is OK but 3 of those players essentially play in the same position and there is zero width and only 1 player with pace.

It is OK but 3 of those players essentially play in the same position and there is zero width and only 1 player with pace.

it's far from perfect I know, if we need pace or width we can bring Lookman or Mirallas off the bench.

A million miles from challenging for the top 4 I agree, but 3 new signings could change all of that quite easily.
