The lack of pace and any sort of imagination to create chances last night is a huge worry.

Whatever we are going to do we better do it quick....it,s time to move on to the back up list and we need to be flexible. When I say flexible, I mean we better be prepared to rethink our transfer strategy approach when the blindingly obvious is taking place on the pitch.

But how do we know we need to move to a back up list? Who has flat out turned us down? What is the A list to begin with, Gylfi? If so our patience looks like it will pay off in the end with that one.

I'm talking actual pace. Honestly don't think Sandro looks that quick. Obviously this is based on two showings of which he wasn't played through into space to be able to show us his 'pace'... nevertheless, we Bolasie style speed in this side.

Have we bid for Giroud and it's been rejected?
I'm sure we are looking at options for centre back but is that needed for next Saturday when as things stand we have Keane, Jags, Williams, Holgate who can play there and in an emergency so can Besic

The season may start next week but it ends in May 2018 so there's a long way to go. We've got a lot of players in already so let's cut the club some slack as I'm sure they are working hard to get the last players in Koeman wants.
