Fits koemans pressing style and can finish. His attitude and disciplinary record Is the problem though. Saying that his attitude only seems to have become a problem for Chelsea since January when he was linked to China. Can't see it happening but he's definitely the calibre of player who'd improve us up top if his attitude can be sorted.

Sorry to throw a spanner in the works. But let's just say we get Costa on loan here till January, before he signs for A.Madrid. He hasn't done a pre-season, even if he has had a personal trainer in Brazil. It's unlikely he'll be totally match fit till the end of September. More worryingly, does anyone think he'll genuinely put in a shift for us knowing he'll be leaving in January anyway. Effectively we would be paying his wages, to get him match fit for atletico in January.
