Think Barkley will go for about 22million on deadline day to Spuds. McCarthy hopefully be flogged for 15-20million to Newcastle after Benitez makes an ultimatum to Ashley in the final week. Niasse, please get him off the wages whether on loan or permanent. Robles I am sure will find a new home in La Liga for a couple of million.

I'm a fan Zat, but if I had to chose between one or the other then Giroud is an absolute no brainer.

He's currently miles better and would suit us better for our current needs.

Dembele has a lot of talent and definitely has a lot of potential, and if it came down to us getting him in I'd be pleased, though.
 

If we can loan Niasse out and get his wages covered plus a small loan fee, that's well worth doing.

I wonder where Garbutt stands these days - surely he's a suitable back up for Baines if he needs a rest or gets injured? Otherwise we'll need some kind of back up for Baines.

We need another good level CB and a striker, worst case if we don't get a back up left back we could always go 3 at the back and put Gueye or Davies left back.
 
The best way to get rid of Niasse is to play him and show how he can score goals, coming on late in game as at Hull.
Still think he could do a job short term whilst we wait for the top striker to arrive (yes I have seen him play)

Not that big a gamble.he has already played in premiership with fulham.he is english or raised in england so used to the game,weather and lifestyle.not saying we should buy him though
