What a confusing window this is... can't decide if we've had a good or bad one.

Barkley going will edge it towards being a terrible one unless we pull miracles off at this point I think.

I really don't care what the opposition fans think. Having Pickford/Keane/Gueye available for games is of massive importance and they will win us a lot of points over the course of the season, even though they might not be as popular with fans of Fifa and YouTube clips. I honestly don't give a stuff what opposition fans think of our "glamour" players or lack thereof if we're winning points in the games against them.

That's not the point I was making, what I'm saying is we have no star players, last year the club's motto was nothing is going to be the same, this year it's back to nsno, quite frankly this is the same Everton and we need to change our motto to average will now be good enough (sorry don't know what that is in latin)

I will always support Everton, as I have for 35 years, I will still get my season ticket like I do every year, however I can help feeling that this is a false Dawn for Everton and I so hope I am wrong!!!

The Sanchez situation at Arsenal could also be having a knock-on effect with Giroud. Could a scenario have developed were Arsenal would've been willing to let Giroud go so long as the prospect of Sanchez leaving wasn't likely? Seems as though they might actually be selling him to City now...

..from what Wenger has said, Arsenal we're always prepared to let Giroud leave. From all accounts, the player was given permission to talk with Everton some months ago and had a telephone conversation with Koeman. It's Giroud who doesn't want to leave Arsenal.

I'm on about the end... the window in all hasn't been to bad but signing okaka and selling Barkley would be the worst I can remember end
