basically how I see it. Could have accepted no striker if we had got another centre half and known we would have rock solid foundation but Williams and Jags will always be shaky.

Not a bad transfer window at all, as far as Everton transfer windows go. Signed some very good players and a fair few prospects. The lack of striker could prove to be an issue, but at least DCL will get plenty of game time to develop. Squad balance looks a bit off, but that's why Koeman gets paid the big money, to fit the jigsaw together.

I think some of you forget we used to go multiple transfer windows without signing anyone significant. Things are on the up.
