Has feyenoord striker Jorgensen never crossed your mind.

Havent really seen him on any forum (good for feyenoord i guess). Will be topscorer in Eredivisie (know it doesnt say much... vincent janssen...) but Jorgensen is really decent/good and not as expensive as dolberg. While feyenoord hasnt delivered the best players, they have had a rather good eye for strikers (guidetti, graziano pelle in the last years)

Rather we went in with a massive bid on your boy Dolberg mate, in 3-4 years time he will regarded as world class.

Failing that I hope he stays at you

hmm, i don't really understand the fascination with open play tbh, he's what, 1 goal away from coutinho, a player who the media seem to utterly rave about, and 2nd best assister in the league, all despite playing for a bad team with no real striking options bar llorente. Why does it matter where on the field these stats come from? A team i'd say averaged 4 or 5 corners every game, they amount of clear cut chances a team creates in a game is probably even lower than that, so why are set-plays devalued in such a way?

We've been alright with goals from set plays this season, but the fact of the matter is we don't have anyone in the squad who can take a good corner and our free kick options are utterly appalling seeing as baines doesn't take anything anymore.

If siggurdsson ended up with 20 assists for us next season with 7 or 8 goals, but none of them were from open play, why on earth would we pass it off? His main attributes are what this team needs, but he's also much better from open play than people believe, he's having to feed a very static llorente this season, so his open play stats in that regard is bound to be down on previous seasons.

Its a myth mate how the hell can you only assist from dead balls, and have 11 goals. Work it out.

No need for Sigi if RK nabs Sandro.

Sigi is 28 and expensive. I think he's good - better than Barkley certainly - but the money would be better spent on
a top, younger player. I like Sandro because he brings talent, goals and a tough attitude. But I am happy to rely on RK - despite
the Sissoko Near Miss Disaster - to select and own his team.

Well, we have Gueye, Davies and Schneiderlin.

If Schneiderlin is out, we have no one similar = Dendoncker.

Davies can play in Gueye's role so in a dream scenario they could compete for one place but theyre both good enough for us now.

So yes, perhaps one more player there and that also gives the kids a chance for a game here and there as well...

But Klaassen? Would prefer a powerhouse like Kessie

Kessie would be my no1 target going forward, seen quite a bit of him this year and he's always impressed me. As you've stated Atalanta and Roma had a deal sorted but they forgot that Kessie had to agree which apparently he doesn't.

Kessie already has an agreement with Roma or Milan IIRC and Schick will be going to Inter Milan.

Klaassen is excellent. Don't know what you're trying to get at here?

I'm not saying we aspire to be like Saints.

But, Koeman got them two successive top six finishes (setting their record points total each time) by playing on the whole a 4-3-3 system with a sitting midfielder and then two more box-to-box players.

The pace, creativity and goal threat came from the three forwards - none of which were particularly stuck to one position and were free to move around as they wished, with support coming from the box-to-box midfielders and the full-backs.

He's used this system at pretty much every club, although of course he mixes it up as well, and will be looking to bring in players who fit it.

I'll have to take your word for it on klassen not seen enough what I have seen suggests he a good signing for a team trying to break the top 6 hopefully he better than that.

He has less potential, agreed. But he is more ready for PL NOW as Dolberg NOW. He is just a little more strong and so a bit more able to stand his own against PL defenders. Dolberg will be eventually but not coming season. Maybe hes just a little under everton level tho, or at least, if you wanna compete for anything higher as rank 7 that is.

No and since he is our captain and also our smartest (not talking about football per se) player, he won't say anything til after the finals against manchester. Same goes for most of our player, tho dolberg said he will play atleast another year for ajax guaranteed (at least if ajax wants to keep him he said).

What level do you see klassen at is he someone the top 4 clubs in England should consider or is 7th about his level, his signing doesn't really excite but clearly you know his game I'm talking him down but know very little about him in reality

Class wins out though mate, I think Dolberg is ready for that next level now, in terms of a stronger league I mean.

In a perfect world, I'd like to see us get him and partner him up front with Lukaku, be less pressure on him to score initially and they'd be an absolutely lethal combination together. Everything Lukaku does poorly Dolberg is strong at, and both great finishers.

And then the season after when Lukaku left he'd have already had a year settling in and be ready to step it up a level.

Not that I think we have a snowball in hells chance of getting him though.

Klaassen is perfect for teams like everton or german teams with some high pressing. Top 4 PL teams, barca, real, bayern etc will be just a little too fast for him I think. Haven't seen everton a lot this season I have to admit, but as I said, according to SciSports everton is the best club for him.

And he's just less a risk, always reaching that certain level and is doing relatively better against opponents who are regarded stronger (games this season against schalke, lyon away and feyenoord)

Not really, he really isn't that impressive outside of his set pieces. Can only remember one good piece of open play by him vs us. I like him but £28m? He better hit the ground running.

Very good player but missed about 3 seasons with injuries. Whenever fit was a shoe in for Bayern's side so he's clearly a brilliant player. At 6'3" we could definitely use the extra height and comes with a lot of international experience.

Not a bad shout at all and has filled in at LB at times.

Worth the risk if he's in good shape now.

Dolberg is an exceptional talent few sessions with the big man to muscle him up and he is ready lol. Klaassen i have doubts. If he scores same number of goals he would be a fantastic signing if not he offers not much than we already got
