Would rip up the premier league.

Lovely nasty streak as well as a great finisher.

His missus is the brains of the outfit (not hard) and she would want somewhere more glam than a damp Liverpool on an overcast, dark November´s afternoon with a breeze coming in off the Irish Sea that would take weight off your bullocks.

I really would love the giroud transfer to come through i am happy with a rooney return..

However when Lukaku leaves we need a superstar in.... James Rodriguez is still available is he not? Why is he not brought up anymore?

James isn't for sale according to Real Madrid.

He is a monster in the air and he'd get plenty of chances created for him by an Everton team with Rooney, Sandro and possibly Klaassen if he makes the leap in class demanded by the PL. Can't disagree with any of that. Many supporters perception of benteke is due to his time at the RS. Any fan could tell you, they didn't play a system that suited him, apart from Rodgers. He was the standout performer in a poor villa side and was one of the main reasons palace stayed up last season. He ticks all the boxes for me, he has a physical presence (something we lack) outstanding in the air and is good with his back to goal. Throw in a very good goal scoring record against the RS and in my mind he'd be a good acquisition.

Lukaku less distance covered than all other strikers in the league.

He'd cost about £50m though probably.
