I can’t see any expiring contracts being extended before they end this summer. I can see 3 “likely to leave” players leaving, 1 “offload-able” player being offloaded, 2-3 CMs being sold, and 1-2 “any price” players pushed to a new club. That would be 12-14 players moved out of a total 38 giving us a first team of 24-26 players at the club. That not including Zouma and Gomes if you count them as guaranteed signings.

  • I knew Hewelt signed an extension over the summer just can’t find how long. And not like his transfer would mean anything financially anyway.
  • Read disclaimer about values and tbh probably got our money back from him just by loan fees so could be an any fee player
  • Loan to buy options would help space out payments for expensive players like Aouar/Lozano/Jovic/Haller if we were to signing 2 at a time with a limited per window budget.
  • Danilo still 27, speaks Portuguese, man of the match in 2/4 of his last games with an assist, goal, and 3 clean sheets, has a 87% pass completion for the season. Definitely an option for the team and fits the play style

  • Zouma still wants to be at Chelsea and with things there falling apart I could see his thinking of him getting a chance
  • Our Lozano valuation and there’s is very far off with no shortage of interest in him
  • Sander Berge will probably be very much more
  • Tony Vilhenna has to this point said no to all other clubs and seems like a one club player
  • We all know Wan Bissaka will be a lot more just from being in the league
  • No one will most likely buy our [Poor language removed] players that are on astronomically high wages and we will be loaning them out and eating the cost
