Without being rude I think the majority of city fans would agree that Fernandinho is one of their most important players and he ain’t a spring chicken

And Vincent kompany was unreal for them at the end of the season

Sometimes you have to accept that certain players are not worth selling because they are fundamental to the way the team plays
I say it over and over but I strongly believe that Gana is not fundamental to the team and that what he does could be easily replaced by a team defensive effort. Defending is more than just a one man job.

Fernandihno is so vital to city because he provides more than just ball winning.

Also something I say over and over is I do think Gana is one of the best at what he does in the world but I don’t think we should need a player like him in the team to win games.

Good morning Chums, apologies for lateness, Here is your plate of soggy cold Eggs.

Liverpool Echo report - Everton have a number of players that are surplus to requirements at the minute at Goodison Park, while also possessing a number of quality youngsters in need of first team minutes. In Cocu and with Derby County, Brands could now have a club and manager he can trust to develop youngsters in the right way - in a system likely to be one the Everton director of football favours. Kieran Dowell has been linked.

Various Reports - Lookman was the subject of interest from former loan club RB Leipzig last summer and recent reports have suggested they will return this year. Southampton have also been linked.

French RMC Sports say the Toffees are prepared to offer Barcelona around 35 million euros for the 22-year-old forward who has failed to nail down a regular role in the team. However, Arsenal are wanting to take Malcom on loan, but Barça only want a permanent sale.

Spanish media reporting Malcoms agent is apparently in England to hold talks regarding a potential move to the Premier.

According to Leggo - Everton set to move for unwanted at Roma and therefore he is unlikely to cost a lot. A reasonable offer might be enough to convince the Italians as the player is 30 years old who scored 5 goals from 13 appearances last season.

Juventus have reportedly turned down a €30m offer from Everton for teenage striker Moise Kean. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport transfer expert Nicolò Schira, the Toffees saw their proposal rejected.
The 19-year-old has also been linked with Ajax as part of the Matthijs de Ligt deal.

Who’s the Roma player

Without being pedantic its quoted as €50mil which i think is an insane valuation.

If were not selling (soon to be) 30 year olds for reasonable fees and reinvesting then were either:

A - Daft
B - Rich
C - Going for top 4

QUOTE]

We're all three. That's why its such fun.

If the news about us bidding for Kean and Malcom is true, be interesting to see how Brands controls his stance over the bids.

Will he let Juventus barter with Ajax - possibly confident as would have had discussions with Mina Riola and knowing he’d get less wages from a Dutch team.

If Juventus are looking to make him part of the de Ligt deal, think that could really hurt their ability to strike an extension - so if not us, I feel he will likely move to someone this window.

The Malcom one is odd, he’s not wanted at Barça but I feel less confident in that deal as he could just sit back and be content with Barça pay and status of being at Barça. A lot depends on Malcom for this transfer to happen, hopefully we wants games. Arsenal are apparently only wanting a loan, so hopefully any deal can happen before they get money from selling periphery players.
