Players that our going to improve our starting 11 aren't sat at home with a suit case packed waiting for a phone call off us so they can jump straight on a jet here.

Whether people like it or not good players need convincing to come to us because they will have lots of teams after them. As well as dealing with the club and the price and brands not allowing us to be ripped of for players.

It's like people don't understand that these deals take time. Obviously I'm not talking about you mate just some people in this place...
