Yes. I suspect that Palace are posturing with all this 'he's not for sale' BS. Zaha will move somewhere this window, and it just might be to Everton.

We have already bid52m-55m and I have no doubt that although a second formal bid adding McCarthy and Tosun was not made that a conversation was had where the name of those two players were mentioned as part of a bigger deal.
It would take a substantial bid from any other club to top that .
There would alse be the additional bonus that the valuations of both McCarthy and Tosun could be tweaked to reduce the amount owed to Utd as part of the sell on deal.

It won’t but It’s not his fault though. Their director of football doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing. He should’ve walked away as soon as Leicester said what their asking price was but it’s almost like a matter of principle that they get him now. There’s much better players out there at much better value.

Reminds me of us a few years ago - there’s no thought out strategy at all.

Yup - I see Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal all having their own struggles this year - if ever there was a time for us to break into top 6 then this season is it.
