Marco Silva confident Everton owner Farhad Moshiri will bankroll the next stage of the club's rebuild
  • Marco Silva doesn't think Everton have to rely on gaining funds from a clear out
  • The Toffees have a huge squad that needs to trimmed this coming summer
  • The likes of Theo Walcott and Cenk Tosun could be sold at the right price

Just read that article. Not really anything we didn't already know. Hopefully we get a shed load of our fringe players out the door before pre season starts.

Not a single quote in the article that backs up any part of that headline.
And the rest is common knowledge.

Lazy conjecture to fill column and inches.

I think Gana will be off this summer and, as @Stephenlloyd says there could be some surprise sales.

Netting £25-30mil for Gana and replacing with Sangare and one other similar profile player would be ideal.

Id really like to see a focus on building strong athletic depth in the centre.

If Sangare is as good as some on here are suggesting why aren’t PSG tracking him rather than Gana bearing in mind he plays in the same league as them?

psg transfer strategy doesn't exist, bought two world-class stars in attack while neglecting other areas and even having to sell to meet ffp

surely uou must get bored of reading (and probably worrying ) about all our players getting linked to jarg clubs all the time.

what Brands has actually shown whilst here is that no-one really knows whats happening behind the scenes, just the way it should be

give it up will yer!

Dont open the thread.

Maybe cos Gana been one of the best at his job in the tougest league for a number of years.

September Gana 30 / Sangare 21

One is at his peak and the other is a promising player.

PSG want players who can impact those champs league games...we want players to build a team with.

This fella is available for loan.

Cant watch it ?

Pretty much confirms what we have suspected. We need to offload tosh from the wage bill and miney will be spent if the right targets arise

We need to prevent goals, too. Sangare creates more than Gomes or even Gana. He also has a TON of upside. In addition, better defense translates to more offense. Sangare and Gana if he stayed would make one HELL of a midfield to deal with.

Obviously we need more goals and a CF and some better bench options would help.

I have heard of best form of defence is attack, but best form of attack is defence? Did you not see us under fat Sam ?
