People think we're signing codgers because they're what Dyche wants first.
Could it maybe be because they're free and willing to sign even with the absolutely appalling state this club is in.
I'll honestly be shocked if we get a real signing in.
We're trying drip feeds again like prime Kenwright times. This means we either don't sign players or we screw ourselves in future seasons because we've got HP fees going on for years.

Yeah I get you, obvs I would prioritise a striker and maybe a quality left back and right midfielder first but our defence was still rock bottom for almost all of last year in alot of metrics and was bailed out alot by Pickford so Im just still a bit unsure about it atm

Totally understand. Unsure will be the default for fans all season, I fear. Hang in there

I'm guessing Moshiri has gone full-Bill and wants to just keep us ticking over in the Prem until somebody buys at the right price.
 

Very genuine question here. What would the reaction be to signing Ben Mendy. He is still only 28 and is an excellent LB and is presumably looking for a job. Does the accusation tarnish him so much that a club can't touch him or would be be an excellent free signing? The fact that he was found not guilty makes me feel the guy deserves to continue his career without ridicule.
