Meh. Now it is reasonable because we can’t afford a decent one. But it doesn’t excuse the LAST FEW YEARS of never finding a rotational partner for Dom. I think we will find a player that is technically a striker that can play across the frontline and call it a day.

There are different types of forward out there but we need 2 good ones who can score goals.

There is absolutely no excuse. We've needed forwards for over 12 months.

If we dont have the money then sell someone in another position to raise the funds.

If there is someone good that is willing to come to Everton- sure. Line the move up. But I doubt one is in our price range or wants to come here- hence the problem. Having Maupay here doesn’t help

Our transfer policy process document has been leaked and unfortunately it’s not done much to allay any fears…..

However if Blue Bill rolls a double 6 on his next go we’re golden…..

We need to find solutions. Its obviously difficult but we need to go and find players who can score goals. It should be the only priority this summer and if that means spending every penny of our budget on attack, then so be it. If you have good scouting then you can find the players before their value has peaked.

I agree sounds like they made an offer for Dembele but he or his agent wasn't keen as it wasn't enough, and have looked at Toure but we probably don't have the funds, but we know a target man/number nine is crucial. We shouldn't be surprised this club is riddled with incompetence look at last year five games without a forward and then nothing in January

We need to find solutions. Its obviously difficult but we need to go and find players who can score goals. It should be the only priority this summer and if that means spending every penny of our budget on attack, then so be it. Of you have good scouting then you can find the players before their value has peaked.

I think we are better off looking for someone off the radar agreed. But PL managers are afraid of losing their jobs so they sign league proven clowns like Maupay and end up getting themselves fired anyways.

Sounds plausible but if we can get Gnonto in and striker loan like Broja or such caliber would be ok

Still be shocked if Gnonto pitches up here. Danjuma is too good for us.

I suspect this summer has an Ashley Young, Elanga, Weghorst conclusion tbh.

In terms of Broja, I reckon Poch will love him and want to use him.

I dont accept any excuses at this point.

All of our poor recruitment in recent years has been under the leadership of Moshiri and BK so its their job to now find the solutions.

The fact its difficult isn't an excuse. Its not easy for most clubs but they find far more solutions than we do.

Forwards who can score goals is the only priority this summer. I'd happily sign 2 good forwards and no one else. It would improve us far more than 6 or 7 signings but in other positions.
