I dont listen to any Everton related podcasts but in fairness to those lads i don't think they are charging for info. All it takes is one person to be on patreon and the information can be passed along but bobble seems to post information openly anyway. No need to subscribe to get it 5 minutes earlier.

And if it helps you towards some 'evidence', just after the Elanga story broke this morning, Bobble's co-host tweeted out about how the situation is 'proper grim' - he only comments on these things after he has got on the phone to Bobble usually, so it would certainly seem to fit.

But Elanga is actual garbage.

Begovic, Coady Mina, Simms that's 4 players who either played or in the last squad for the last few games.

If we didn't have Mina in those last few games we would be down now, without any doubt, as every man and his dog seen Michael Keane v Newcastle and Leicester, am surprised we only conceaded the 7 in those games

Begovic - agree loss to squad - played how many minutes though? - got Virginia back from loan, probably useless though
Simms - clearly not fancied - got Cannon back from loan to replace
Coady - barely played once he made a mistake - Branthwaite returns from loan to replace
Got an OAP in (young)as full back cover.

I'd be surprised if that was true. What journalist is giving their info for someone else to share? Obtaining info and being the first to publish it is how they build their credibility.

More likely is the journalists and Bobble have the same source(s) in and around the club.

I think the same, but I thoroughly enjoy the fume on here.

My favourite is when we link players ourselves (Weghorst, Adams etc), with absolutly no supporting evidence, then proceed to get cross with the club for even considering it (when they aren't)

Unfortunately we have a lot of fans now who seem to want the worst, just to be proved right.
The amount of them on Facebook is scary, they would have loved relegation just to say they were right.
What happened to supporting through good and bad.

And Keane is nearer the first team, which makes me physically sick, much weaker. Less players means less cover for injuries, lucky we don't get any though. Vinagre loan terminated equals less wages.

Simms makes no difference at all. Started twice and was clearly not fancied. Cannon will replace him for now.
