See Marcus Thuram is leaving his club... seems has a few clubs vying for his attention.. well you never know unless you try

@Nymzee more links now to Tom Krauss and fee 5-7mil euros.
If they’ve been sensible the last few months the recruitment team will have produced a list of good young players from all across Europe in this price bracket to bring in to replace players sold in the event of a relegation fire sale, a bit like Burnley did a year ago.

Just because we’ve stayed up doesn’t mean that list should be in the bin, and if we’re looking at guys like him maybe they were towards the top of that list.

We have to go all out to get Gyökeres. He has all the attributes we need, strong, quick, can hold the ball up, knows where the net is. He can do all that DCL can. That's the ideal signing.

He also got dropped towards the back end of the season, he has not really had a good season, but he is 19 so short of being a wonderkid he was never going to set the world on fire. He is purely potential right now, as is Onana.

He got dropped because Gracia and Big Sam wanted to go low block and keep games 0-0 like we did at times. He'd be an excellent player on the counter which I think Dyche is going to try and implement further with us. It depends how much we have really. If he's available for 10-15m it's worth it. Anything more and it depends on other options and transfers.

Everton Mission Impossible - signing a forward better than Rondon or Maupay.

Hope we aren't tempted to pick the bones of the relegated teams honestly - we keep doing that.

I mean Leeds were awful and Leicester just seems full of the can't-be-arsed types we've been signing for seasons.
Theres a few i'd take like, Pickford, Gana, Tarkowski etc all signed from relegated clubs, andy robertson for liverpool too

Leicester:
Barnes - Unlikely
Tielemans- Unlikely
Maddison- Unlikely
Vardy (i'd probably take him for a year as an option off the bench)
Ihenacho? Maybe wouldnt suit Dyche, but he'd probably get double figures

Leeds:
Harrison? Suppose he's the same side as McNeil, so maybe wouldnt bother
Gnonto? Hit a purple patch earlier in the season, be a decent attacking option maybe?

Southampton:
JWP - None of our players can take freekicks, can see him at West Ham or Spurs though
Lavia - Potential? If Onana does go, he'd be a good replacement
Walker-Peters - If patterson/coleman struggle with injuries
